PARTICIPATION Donation:
Support Award Winning Band!
The Marching Band program is funded 100% from participation donations from families and some student fundraising. Participation donations cover coaching fees, music, uniforms, instrument purchase and repair, bus and truck transportation, and competition entry fees. Suggested participation donation amounts are based on how much it actually costs to operate the Marching Band program each year. Your support is much appreciated! Please make a donation via MVHS Future Fund TODAY!
PARENT VOLUNTEERS
Parent support is an integral part of Marching Band and we depend on getting help from each family. Watch for regular email and SignUpGenuis requests for how you can help and support your student, such as:
-
Drive our equipment truck
-
Load and unload the equipment truck(s)
-
Chaperone students to and from competitions
-
Help move instruments at competition
-
Assist in uniform fitting
-
Cook for and feed our hungry students at competitions and football games.
