PARENT VOLUNTEERS
The SRVUSD requires all adults who wish to volunteer on a school campus, in classrooms or drive and chaperone on field trips to register on their Volunteer Management System to better track and provide the appropriate level of clearance for volunteers. Parents MAY NOT chaperone or drive students unless they are cleared prior to the event. The process generally takes 2 weeks so register early!

WELCOME PARENTS! Whether your student has been studying music for years or they are picking up an instrument for the first time, your child is welcome at Monte Vista's Instrumental Music Programs. And so are YOU, parents and guardians! It takes a village to run these programs. Volunteering is a great way to stay connected and demonstrate your interest in something that means a lot to your student. See volunteering opportunities at the INFORMATION tab and email president@MVkeynoters.org to get involved. San Ramon Valley Unified Schools District requires all parents to register in order to volunteer at MVHS.
All families are invited and encouraged to join the Monte Vista Keynoters. Membership is included in your class donation that supports the MVHS Instrumental Music (IM) program. Note: You must be a current member to vote at Keynoter meetings.
CLASS ROOM PARENTS
Thanks to the following parents for volunteering their time to serve as class parents for our IM groups. Class parents are a liaison between Mr. Cloyd and parents and will communicate important information to parents throughout the year about upcoming performances and events. Please contact them with any questions and thank them for their time the next time you see them!
