FUNDING OUR PROGRAMS
In addition to parent donations, we sponsor several fundraising events throughout the year. Our largest fundraiser is our annual Music in the Moonlight (MITM) held each spring. This also is a popular social event for our parents where they may join friends for dinner, dancing, and live/silect auctions. Watch for more information coming soon! Other fundraising varies each year but has included carwash sales, bake sales and gift mart at concerts, and CD sales of concert performances. Our newest fundraiser is Car Donations. Country Club supports Monte Vista's
vibrant music program benefiting the
students at Monte Vista, as well as
students in the three middle and
seven elementary schools that feed
into Monte Vista.
Parents of current and future band students, friends, and community members are invited to enjoy an evening of silent and live auctions, hors d’oeuvres, drinks, dinner and dancing. Individual tickets and tables are available online through the Keynoters webstore.
The success of our event depends on parents volunteers and there are many ways to be involved. You can join our enthusiastic group of parents to plan the event, design marketing materials, solicit auction donations from the community, or work as a cashier on the night of the event. We also welcome your donations to our silent and live auctions.
